Douglas Allen is one of the preeminent wildlife painters in the world
today. His paintings and illustrations have set the standard for wildlife painting. His
career was launched in 1959 when Outdoor Life chose Allen to illustrate a monumental
series of articles titled "Big Game Animals of North America"

Mr. Allen's work can be found in the National Museum of Wildlife Art, the Glenbow Museum,
and other prestigious institutions as well as many corporate collections.
